SUMMARY MEASURES BY CABINET
(Received December 26, 7.10 p.m.) PRAGUE, December 23, The Cabvnet, has formally dissolved the Communist Party, deprived 25 Communist Deputies and 13 Senators of their seats, dismissed Prague’s Communist vice-Mayor and hundreds of other officials, and confiscated party property. The decision does not require Parliamentary ratification.
