A HAPPY TIME
Christmas is a happy time, So full of mirth and joy, It brings with it surprises, For every girl and boy.
Santa Claus has been, you* see, And left us lovely things. I’m sure he must be very tired, Carrying everything he brings. And now, dear Father Christmas, I’ll shout so you can hear, Thank you for all the things you brought, And please come back next year. —LILLIE :/tOONEY Caged 12).
