A COW’S AILMENT

TO THE EDITOR OF THE PRESS Sir,—ln answer to “Anxious” in today’s paper, I had a cow that had the same trouble. I got the stock inspector in this district at that time to examine her. After a lot of piwhing he put it down to catarrh, although he had a notion there was something in her nose. Anyway a month or two later she blew a piece of dried tobacco plant stalk out of her nose. It was about a foot long. After that she was all right. “Anxious's” cow might have the same trouble, but shVxld be examined thoroughly.—Yours, etc., OARO. December 10, 1938.
