Alan Littlejohn, radio electrician, of Gebbie's Pass (Mr R. A. Young) claimed £6 13s 6d from W. A. Kiernan, labourer, of Redcliffs (Mr W. F. Tracy). Plaintiff alleged negligence on the part of defendant, causing damage to plaintiff's motor-cycle and injuries to a shoulder and leg. He alleged that defendant, driving a car in Gloucester street, failed to signal that he was drawing out from the kerb, to keep a proper look-out, and to allow plaintiff to pass. Judgment was given for defendant, with costs. ORDER NOT MADE H. E. Cox (Mr G. S. Branthwaite) was non-suited . when he claimed an order for possession of a dwelling against Robert Walker (Mr K. G. Archer). JUDGMENT FOR PLAINTIFF K. McLellan (Mr G. G. Lockwood) claimed £4 7s 8d as the amount of an account for motor accessories supplied and repairs done from H. G. Smith (Mr J. T. Watts).
