THEFT OF HANDBAG
A woman, whose name was suppressed, was ordered to come up for sentence within six months, if called upon, in the Magistrate’s Court on Saturday woramg, before Mr F. F. Reid, S.M., on a charge of stealing a handbag from a shop. Mr K. J. McMenamin, who appeared for the accused, said that this was her first offence, and that she had been in poor health recently.
