* JOINT ACTION BY BRITAIN AND EGYPT (Received July 29, 7.30 p.m.) LONDON, July 29. The “Daily Mail” says that Great Britain and Egypt have agreed to share the cost of £10,000,000 for the erection. of barracks in the Suez Canal zone as part of Egypt’s defences under the Anglo-Egyptian Treaty. ,
