DAVIS CUP JAPAN BEATS CANADA IN SINGLES (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT.) (Received July 29, 8.30 p.m.) MONTREAL, July 29.' Japan won both Davis Cup singles matches against Canada. Results:— Yamagishi defeated Murray. 6-1, 6-3, 6*3 Nakano defeated Wilson, 6-2, 6-3, 6-2. The Canadians were no match for the Japanese, who played brilliantly.
