ALL BLACKS IN QUENSLAND
CASUALTIES MAKE GOOD , PROGRESS (united press association—copyright.) (Received July 29, 8.30 p.m.) BRISBANE, July 29. The only two All Black casualties, Carson and Wesney, are both making progress, and will be available to play on Wednesday. Dick had a training run this morning. The Australian selectors will see to-morrow’s match. Queenslanders feel flattered at the All Blacks’ selection of a virtual test team for the State match on Saturdav. but Dr. A. A. Adams, speaking at. the official reception, declared that all the teams would be good, adding, “Before v/e go home our team will be the best tc represent our country.” One factor which has pleased the tourists is that practically the whole side is fit, in spite of four matches, and Dick, whose departure was delayed . y an attack of measles, is now with his colleagues. The managers and players are delighted with their reception so far, particularly with the large number of former New Zealanders who have sought them out. The managers have selected Mr P. Barnes (Queensland) to referee the test. Mr T. Moore will referee the game to-morrow. TEAMS FOR TO-DAY SYDENHAM CLUB Seniors v. Athletic, at Rugby Park, 2.30 p.m.—T. Preston, E. Williams, J.
