PROGRESS TOWARDS AN AGREEMENT "CONTRIBUTION TO BUSINESS RECOVERY" (Received July 28. 11.45 p.m.) WASHINGTON, July 28. The Secretary of State (Mr Cordell Hull) said negotiations for British and American trade reciprocity were proceeding normally toward an agreement. He added that the completion of the agreement would be a tremendous contribution to business recovery, establishing peace and order throughout the world.
