LARGE CONCENTRATION OF FORCES PREPARATIONS FOR BATTLE AT SAGUNTO (united press association — ccpt3.:ght4 (Received July 4, 2 pm.) LONDON, July 3. The Hendaye correspondent of “The Times” states that both sides are concentrating their most powerful elements for the important battle for Sagunto. The rebels claim to have taken many prisoners in the capture of two villages, but their progress has been arduous and costly. Though each side disposes 80.000 troops, the rebels are overwhelmingly superior in the air. The Loyalists are determined to hold Sagunto and Valencia at all costs, and are moving their best troops and commanders to this front.
