MARSHALL CREATES FOUR WORLD RECORDS MELBOURNE, June 24. The scores in the first day’s play in the final of the Empire billiards championship were: R. Marshall (Australia, the title-holder) 2912, X. Kennerley (England) 788. Marshall created four world amateur records, the highest aggregates for two-hour and four-hour sessions, and the highest averages for similar sessions. His best breaks were 384, 335, 230, and 230 unfinished.
