AUCKLANDER SENDS £2 TO VICTORIAN RAILWAYS (Received June 24, 11 p.m.) MELBOURNE, June 24. An Auckland resident, writing to the Victorian Railway Commissioners, forwarded £ 2 conscience money. He explained that it was for a railway fare, as he had taken an over-age child on a journey for half fare when visiting Victoria last year.
