POLICE BATTLE WITH ARAB TERRORISTS JERUSALEM, June 21. Jewish supernumerary police engaged Lebanese terrorists, who on Monday attacked Hurfeish and murdered three villagers. The police killed two and injured two, and two policemen were wounded. The terrorists destroyed several sections of “Tagart’s Wall.” Arabs at Safad closed their shops when the bodies of those killed, instead of being handed over to them for ceremonial burial, were held for identification.
