ROAD PAVING PROPOSAL FOR ASHBURTON COUNTY
The proposals of the Ashburton County Council for paving main roads in the Ashburton County, including the question of finance, will be discussed at a conference between the council and representatives of the Canterbury Progress League at Ashburton to-morrow. Mr C. J. Talbot, a member of the Main Highways Board, will also be present.
