BLENHEIM NEWS
An enjoyable party was held by the members of the bridge circle at the Marlborough Women’s Club. The reception room was decorated with bowls of pink geraniums and violets. Those present were Mesdames S. T. Evatt, J. J. McLeod, B. S. Clbuston, G. K. Stocker, V. L. Powell, W. de Castro, J. Stevenson, W. K. Gill, C. Hunt, R. McCallum, E. G. Blick, J. G. Bacon, C. Macdonald, J. J. White, B. Townley, and B. Green, Misses M. Bell, Z. Clouston, and A. Neville. Mrs T. Watts (“The Delta”) is visiting Wellington. Mrs Caithness (Marton) is visiting Blenheim. Mrs P. J. Fogarty has returned from a visit to Wbiltogtou. Mrs P. Dillon is visiting Wellington. Miss E. Douslln has returned from a holiday spent at Auckland and Rotorua. Mrs J. B. Balfour (“Vernon”) has' left for a trip to Singapore.
