ROYAL NEW ZEALAND AERO CLUB
In its report for the period from October 1, 1936, to March 31, 1938, the Royal New Zealand Aero Club states that the period has been a momentous one for the aero club movement, involving entirely new financial arrangements between constituent clubs and the Government. Another feature of the nenod was the receipt of advice that the King had graciously consented to the club adding the word “Royal” to its name. The financial statement showed a credit balance of £B2 12s 6d at March 31, compared with one of £46 11s 3d at October 1. 1936. Income exceeded expenditure by £26 Os 3d.
