RESIGNATION WITHDRAWN BY MINISTER CAPE TOWN. June S. The Minister for Education (Mr R. Stuttaford) resigned because of the omission of the National Anthem at the Union Day military parades, but after a Cabinet decision giving equal status to * God Save the King” and the South African anthem, “Die Stem van Smd Afrika ” Mr Stuttaford withdrew ha resignation.
