ANTI-TRUST LAW INDICTMENTS
■ ♦ U.S. MOTOR MAGNATES CHARGED ALLEGED COERCION AND DISCRIMINATION FORD, GENERAL MOTORS, AND CHRYSLER FIRMS (ukited raisp association-copyright.) (Received Mgy 29, 9.10 p.m.) SOUTH BEND (Indiana), May ,28. A grand jury indicted 86 executives of the Ford, General Motors, and Chrysler companies and affiliated finance companies, fhr alleged violation of the Sherman Anti-Trust .Act The grand jury, after hearing the evidence of 150 witnesses, returned three indictments charging the manufacturers with violation of the anti-trust laws through coercion of automobile dealers and discrimination against independent finance companies. Mr Edsel Ford, Mr Alfred Sloan, and Mr Walter Chrysler are among those indicted.
