A grand jury indicted 86 executives of the Ford, General Motors, and Chrysler companies and affiliated finance companies, fhr alleged violation of the Sherman Anti-Trust .Act The grand jury, after hearing the evidence of 150 witnesses, returned three indictments charging the manufacturers with violation of the anti-trust laws through coercion of automobile dealers and discrimination against independent finance companies. Mr Edsel Ford, Mr Alfred Sloan, and Mr Walter Chrysler are among those indicted.
