REALLOTMENT OF PORTFOLIOS
MR LEE MARTIN'S VISIT
TO AUSTRALIA

WELLINGTON, April 29.
Arrangements for the administration of the portfolios held by the Hon. W. LCe Martin, during his absence in Australia, were announced to-night by the Prime Minister (the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage). The portfolio of Agriculture will be administered by the Minister for Lands (the Hon. F. Langstone), and the Attor-ney-General (the Hon. H. G. R. Mason) will assume Ministerial control of the National Provident Fund and the Friendly Societies' Department.
Mr Lee Martin will leave Wellington for the north by the Limited express on Sunday night and will sail from Auckland for Sydney by the Aorangi on Monday. He will attend a meeting of the Australian Agricultural; Council, commencing at Canberra on May 1(V.
