UNEXPECTED VISITORS FROM SINGAPORE
(Received April 28, 5.5 p.m.) HONG KONG, April 27. Sir Eric Holt Wilson, who remodelled the Singapore defences, Air Commodore Norton, Chief Administrator at the Singapore air base, and Wing Commander Fuller arrived at Hong Kong unexpectedly, and are inspecting the city’s defences. r
