VISIT BY BRITISH EXPERT SUGGESTED
CANBERRA, April 28. The Prime - Minister (Mr J, A. Lyons) ha"s issued a statement announcing that Air Chief Marshal Sir Edward Ellington has been invited by the Commonwealth Government to visit Australia to report on the existing organisation and the lines of the proposed expansion of the Australian Air Force. Mr Lyons stated that the Government did not propose to introduce compulsory training. Sir Edward Ellington will also visit New Zealand and Canada after his inspection of the Australian Air Force stations.
