FORMER PROSECUTOR DENOUNCED

The Moscow correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says that after obtaining numerous death sentences at scores of trials on charges of wrecking and spying, the'turn of the former prosecutor, M. Krylenko, is evidently coming. M. Vishinsky, the present prosecutor, to-day denounced him as “a traitor who has done his utmost to discredit the Soviet criminal code.”
