GERMAN AEROPLANE OVER FRONTIER
LATER IDENTIFIED AS MAIL CARRIER (Received March 6, 11.30 p.m. ) LILLE, March 5., A large aeroplane.which flew over the frontier between France and Belgium, near Meuberge, and then traversed the Maginot Line has been identified as German. Paris authorities have been given a detailed report. A later message from Paris says that the aeroplane was discovered to be carrying mails. It was flying blind because of fog. The French authorities have rocepted the explanation.
