Unusual Cargo An unusual feat of transportation was recently successfully accomplished when a 189-ton motor-ship, 110 feet long, was carried as deck cargo on the German freighter Stassfurt from Rotterdam, where she had been built, to Sydney. The vessel, Le Phoque, is claimed to have been the largest one ever freighted in this manner. The Le Phoque, which had been built for coastal trade purposes, was hoisted on to the freighter at Rotterdam by two larg«aflo.ating cranes. ■
