L Hewitt, S.M., James William Mian, a carrier, aged 54. was fined £2O, and Thomas William Cox, a Mbourer, aged 35. was fined £lO, and a licence was cancelled for a year, being intoxicated in charge of anchor vehicles. ~ , n . fine is to be paid at the rate a week, and Cox s at £ 1 a Counsel for Cox said that Cox, though under the influence of liquor, had driven safely home, and had been arrested at his own gate.
