Combined with an excellent clearing sale of furnishings, Mr H. C. Smith, the City Market, reports having sold, on account of Mr J. W. Peppenll, his well-appointed bungalow property, being No. 13 Fairfield avenue, at a satisfactory price to both vendor and purchaser. Mr Smith’s property and general clearing sales during February have been quite outstanding, and the March bookings promise to be quite as successful, if not even more, SO. “1 1
