PLUNKET SOCIETY AT MARSHLAND
Mrs Wsugh presided at the montHy meeting of the committee of the Marshland branch of the Plunket Society. The president, Mrs Waugh, referrwd to the loss sustained by the society in the death of Sir Truby. King, and all prestnt stood as a mark of respect to his memory. A motion of sympathy was passed with Miss Mary King. It was decided to undertake th*> supervision of supper for the evening function, in addition to providing afternoon tea and refreshments, at tb« Marshland sports, the proceeds to be devoted to the Karitane Hospital Building Extension Fund.
