MUSIC AWARD TO YOUNG DUNEDIN WOMAN

(PBISS ASSOCIATION TBLKGBAM.), DUNEDIN. February 26. Advice was received this morning that the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, London, has awarded Miss Jeanette Hoggans, aged 19, of Dunedin, a gold medal for the highest marks in Grade 8 of last year's examination, and also a £lO prize and a free entry for the licentiate examination. Miss Hoggans is a violin student. ■
