The golden text is "We preached not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus' sake." Among the citations which comprise the lesson-sermon are verses from the Bible (Matthew' 10, 1). The lesson-sermon contains a passage from the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," by Mary Baker Eddft
