ST. JOHN AMBULANCE BRIGADE
* APPOINTMENTS APPROVED IN LONDON The assistant-commissioner of the St. John Ambulance Brigade has been advised of the approval of the following appointments by St. John's Gate. London:— Major A. L. Gray, to be honorary auditor, and Mr A. H. C. Cavell to be honorary solicitor in the Canterbury and West Coast district. Cadet Ruby Luseombo to be cadet sergeant (Selwyn Cadet Nursing Divsion): Cadet Eileen Wilson to be cadet sergeant. Cadet Eileen Blacker to be cadet sergeant, and Cadet Joan Nelson to be cadet corporal (Christchurch Cadet Nursing Division*. Warrants and notification of appointment have been received also for the following officers: —Lady Cadet Superintendents J. Perrin (Beckenham Cadet Nursing Division) and A. M. Nelson (New Brighton Cadet Nursing Division); Ambulance Officer J. Lester (Timaru Railway Division). Cadet OrTcer A. Shipman and Cadet Superintendent J. J- McNamara ■.Timaru Cadet Division).
