Results; — Light-weight Maiden Pairs —Avon No. 2 (N. de Roo, W. Barry) and Union No. 2 (R. Bryson, P. Mullally) (equal) 1. In the re-row Union beat Avort, by half a length. - „ , Maiden Pairs—Union (I. Friend. JWoodward) 1, Canterbury (C. Buchanan. N. Markham) 2. Won by two lengths. Further events will be held to-morrow.
