PRINCESSES LEARNING GERMAN
A new subject has been added to the time table of lessons for Princess Elizabeth and Princess Margaret Rose. They are learning German. Every morning a governess goes to the palace to talk German to the Princesses, and teach them the rudiments of grammar. Princess Elizabeth already shows signs of being a good linguist, and speaks French quite well. Princess Margaret Rose also began French a little while ago.
