COMMANDMENTS FOR FASCISTS
+ "MUSSOLINI IS ALWAYS RIGHT" (Received February 3, 7.30 p.m.) LONDON, February 2. The Rome correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" says that the Fascist militia has received a new 10 commandments, the closing words of which are: '"Mussolini is always right." The commandments lay down the following axiom:—(l) The Fascist revolution still -ests on the militiamen's bayonets; (2) Fascism's enemy is their enemy; (3) everywhere and always Italy must be served by f ary means with work and blood; (4) a soldier attacking with decision possesses the certainty of victory." Marshal Starace has ordered military cadets and senior youth organisations to adopt the goosestep from March 1. The juniors will take :t up later.
