TRAINS COLLIDE
ONE KILLED AND EIGHT INJURED
(Received January 23, 8 p.m.) RUGBY, January 22. One man was killed and eight were injured yesterday in a collision between an express train, which was travelling from London to Bradford, and a stationary train near Bedford, on the London Midland and Scottish line. An inquiry is being made into the cause of the accident.
