RETURNING TO MOSCOW
RUSSIAN DIPLOMAT'S FATB DOUBTFUL LONDON. January 21. According to the Stockholm correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph," the former Soviet Minister to Norway (M. Jakubovitch) has arrived there, en route to Moscow", where it is believed that he will be sentenced to death. He decided to go to Moscow after receiving the news that his two sons had been arrested and threatened with death unless he returned.
