* NEW SOUTH WALES VERSUS VICTORIA (Received January 22, 1 a.m.) SYDNEY, Januarv 21. In the Sheffield Shield cricket match against Victoria, New South Wales in its first innings made 177 runs for five wickets (Fingleton 15, McCabe 32, Barnes not out 54). Play was delayed till 2 o'clock by early showers and a damp wicket. Stumps were drawn at 5.45 p.m. because of the failing light.
