LAKE HERON

On Monday I went to Lake Heron. It was a lovely day, but very hot. We arrived at 1 o'clock and had lunch. After clearing up and walking down a stream, we went for a swim in the lake. A few of us climbed a hill, and looking ac?oss we saw the lovely, calm, blue water. —BERYL. CURRIE. Ashburton.
