AT LEES VALLEY
I In the holidays I went to Lees Valley; it is 17 miles from Oxford. I stayed there two weeks. My mother and father took me, and the drive was very pleasant. The dav after I arrived I went with Mr Shand to take three sheep across the Ashley river. In the afternoon I went to. the bathing jpool.
Once I rode to the gate to get the mail. The gate is three miles away from the house. I went 10 miles over hills with Mr Shand, who had to put some sheep in a paddock. The time passed all to quickly, and soon I had to go home. —JOCELYN WAUCHOP. 122 Heaton street, Merivale.
