MUST LEAVE RUMANIA
♦ DECREE AGAINST FOREIGN TRADERS (Received January 20, 5.5 p.m.) BUCHAREST, January 19. The Ministry for Labour has issued a decree that foreigners whose firms were registered after January 1, 1930, must leave the country, except those whose activities are regarded as in the interests of the State. The newspaper of M. Goga, the Prime Minister, announces that Jews will not be allowed to vote at the Rumanian election.
