Additional tax will accrue if the tax is not paid on or before Ist March, 1938. The liability to pay is not suspended by any objection. The tax should be paid on or before the prescribed date, otherwise the additional percentage accrues; any overpayment will be adjusted by refund. The demands will be posted from the office of the Commissioner of Taxes on or about Ist February, 1938.
