WOOLSTON METHODIST CHURCH
OFFICERS ELECTED AT QUARTERLY MEETING
The quarterly meeting of theWoolston Methodist Circuit was held at Sumner on Monday, the Rev. L. A. Brooks presiding over a good attendance. The different reports showed that the roll number showed a slight increase on last' quarter; the income and expenditure account revealed a small debit balance; and a total of £lOl 4s was collected for foreign missions—an increase of £6. Messrs G. Hight and W. J. Burnell were reelected circuit stewards, and were thanked for their past services. Mr Burnell was also chosen as the representative to the annual conference in Wellington, with Mr Hight as substitute. Officers were elected as follows:-r-Circuit reporter. Mr W. J. Burnell; foreign mission secretary. Mr Blackwell; home mission secretary, Mr Burnell: young people's secretary, Mr F. Jowsey.
