Notes From the Studios

Freddie Bartholomew and his substitute at M-G-M. Ronald Sinclair, will appear together in "Brothers."

Ruby Keeler has started work under her new contract with RKO Radio Her first is "Shooting at the Moon." with Eric Blore and possibly Jack Haley. "Love Below Freezing," with Mit/.i Green, will follow.

After "The Girl of the Golden West," Nelson Eddy and ,/eanotte Mac Donald will in "Sweethearts." Three separate scripts are being prepared. The final result will be a blend of all three.

Franchot Tone and Gladys George, last seen together in "They Gave Him a Gun," will star again in "Love is a Headache." This one is a crazy comedy. Mickey Roonoy will also be in the cast.

Mickey, Minnie, Donald Duck, and the other Disney stars may make an appcaraAcc with human stars in a sequence for "Radio Revels."

Madeleine Carroll's first picture when she gets back to Hollywood will be "The River is Blue." It is a story by Clifford Odets which once had a Spanish background. It has probably been changed.

Shirley Temple's next picture will be "Susannah of the Mounted." instead of "Little Princess," as previously announced.

The Jones family will appear in four pictures a year instead of only three in future.
