* ELABORATE PLAN FOR FESTIVITIES (Received January 19, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, January 18. ' The Cairo correspondent of the British United Press says that thousands from throughout Egypt are going to Cairo for the festivities at the wedding of King Fatouk. Many will be accommodated in huge tents, from which food will be served.
