OBITUARY
MR EDGAR KHAND (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) DUNEDIN, January 18. The death has occurred at his home, Maritanga Station. Kokonga, of Mr Edgar Shand, at the age of 46. Mr Shatid served with the New Zealand Mounted Rifles in the Great War, and Was later transferred to the Royal Flying Corps, with which he served in Egypt and Salonika. Wounded in aerial combat, he was Invalided hoihe. and served on the New Zealand Staff Corps and with the New Zealand Flying Corps. Some years ago he settled on Maritanga Station, and was a successful woolgrower.
