INFANTILE PARALYSIS IN VICTORIA
* TWENTY r -FIVE NEW CASES YESTERDAY (Received January 19, 12.10 a.m.) MELBOURNE, January 18. Although the daily average of cases of infantile paralysis in Victoria has shown a marked decline in the last two weeks, 25 were reported to-day, bringing the total to 1660. The most recent cases are still coming from country districts. Several buildings have now been equipped as hospitals for the aftercare of patients, including Stonnington, the former residence of the State Governor.
