PERSONNEL ANNOUNCED fFrom Our Parliamentary Reporter.] WELLINGTON, December 6. The personnel of the Air Board, appointed under legislation which was passed by Parliament a few weeks ago. was announced this evening by the Minister for Defence (the Hon. F. Jones) as follows: Group Captain the Hon. R. A. Cochrane, chief of air staff, as first Air Force member: Wing Commander L. M. Isitt, Air Force member for personnel; Squadron Leader A. G. de T. Neville, Air Force member for supply. The other members of the board are the Minister for Defence as president, and the Air Secretary, Mr T. A. Barrow.
