♦ DECISION OF KAIKOURA COUNTY COUNCIL The Kakoura County. Councl helc its monthly meeting on Friday evening Cr. F. J. Monk presided. The secretary of the Kaikoura Beatr tifying and Improvement Society wrote asking if the water restrictions under the new by-law could be lifted on two afternoons in each week. The requesl was granted. ~ The secretary of the Kaikoura Cricket Club applied for permission tc use the Takahanga Domain for cricket matches with visiting teams on December 27, 28, 31, and January 1.
