TRAFFIC DELAYED IN BULLER GORGE
Traffic was delayed for a time in the Buller Gorge on Sunday by a large fall of rock which occurred near Tiroroa at a point where road widening operations are at present being carried out. A gansr of men began clearing work almost at onre. and the road was soon open to traffic again. During the last few weeks there have been several road blockages in the gorge but because of the narrowness of the formation where work is being done, delays of this nature are unavoidable meanwhile.
