GRANDSTAND COLLAPSES IN BERLIN
OFFICIALS CHARGED WITH MANSLAUGHTER

BERLIN, November 13.
For the first time it is revealed since a grandstand collapsed on September 16 that one was killed and 404 injured. Three ofTicials responsible for the erection of the grandstand have been arrested on a charge of manslaughter.
