Miss Doris BrammaU, whose marriage to Mr Laurence Gane will take Safe shortly, was the guest of honour at an enjoyable "green" gilt party given by Mrs N. F. Macdonald, and K. Green. An enjoyable party was held at "Wairau," the home of Mrs C. H. Mills when she celebrated her eightysixth' birthday anniversary. Mrs Mills received her guests wearing a black French model orepe de chine frock trimmed with cream lace. Miss Cora Mills wore black figured panne velvet, Miss Grace Mills floral georgette, and Mrs C.
